Clay and gravel/pebble soil. The clay retains water and nourishes the vines, while the pebbles provide drainage and warmth. This combination promotes balanced ripening and concentrated grapes.
It features delicate floral notes and exotic hints of ripe fruit. On the palate, it offers a beautiful balance of freshness, richness, and savory depth.

Aged for 6 months on fine lees in diamond-shaped tanks. This extended aging on lees imparts greater roundness and density. This process allows for the natural extraction of polysaccharides and mannoproteins, which contribute to greater body, a perceived smoothness without added sugar, a harmonious richness, and enhanced savory notes.
