Amphora 2024
6-Bottle Amphore 2024 Pack
The Amphore cuvée is a dry, single-varietal white wine with a smooth, rich flavor, derived from the polysaccharides and mannoproteins released during aging. Thanks to its porosity, the amphora allows both the fruit to be preserved and the wine to evolve naturally.
100% Sauvignon Blanc
Clay and gravel/pebble soil. The clay retains water and nourishes the vines, while the pebbles provide drainage and warmth. This combination promotes balanced ripening and concentrated grapes.
The nose is exotic, with notes of mango and lychee. On the palate, it is full-bodied, rich, and taut, with vibrant aromas. Aging in amphora preserves the fruit while adding depth and elegance, resulting in a complex and generous wine.

Seafood, spicy dishes, cheeses
Aged for 9 months in small-batch amphorae (3 amphorae), which promotes a controlled reductive profile. The fruit character is preserved thanks to the reductive profile and limited contact with the outside environment. This unfiltered, unfined wine is stable and ready to drink.
