The Barrique cuvée is a Sauvignon Blanc aged in 500-liter barrels. The oak is integrated elegantly and precisely, never overpowering. The choice of 500-liter barrels results in a more subtle oak influence and a more refined style.
100% Sauvignon Blanc
Clay and gravel/pebble soil. The clay retains water and nourishes the vines, while the pebbles provide drainage and warmth. This combination promotes balanced ripening and concentrated grapes.
The nose reveals a distinct yet subtle oakiness, with a hint of light toasting, notes reminiscent of flint, and an elegant, refined, and unobtrusive toastiness. The oak complements the aromas without ever overpowering the fruit or the varietal character.

Fish in sauce, poultry, aged cheeses
Aged for 9 months in new 500-liter barrels selected to provide a controlled oak influence, resulting in an elegant, aromatic oak profile without excessive extraction. The 500-liter size was chosen to avoid the overly intense impact of traditional 225-liter barrels, with the aim of enhancing body, texture, and complexity while preserving the grape variety’s character.
