An ambitious new Blanc de Noirs from Château de Birazel a white wine made from 100% Merlot. This Vin de France expresses the richness of the clay and sandy soils, as well as the château’s expertise, combining the purity and freshness of the fruit with the finesse of the winemaking process. The result is a luminous, airy wine with a graceful finish. A slight sediment may appear, the result of natural winemaking and delicate, minimal filtration.
