Soil: clay-limestone and gravelly slopes, 30-year-old vines
Intense nose of hay, dried pineapple, burnt lemon, sage and dried spices. Medium-bodied, with vibrant acidity and a concentrated palate. Smoky character.

Hand-harvested, low-temperature fermentation in new barrels (70%), ovoid "Diamante" vats (15%), amphorae (15%), aged on fine lees for 6 months.
