Paulus 2021 is a fine red wine made from a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Carménère. Aged mainly in ovoid vats, amphorae and foudres, it expresses a beautiful concentration of red fruit and spicy notes.
